David Christoph was born in 1983 in Hannover, grew up in Spain and did an apprenticeship as merchant, before he found his way into the world of moving pictures working for a Spanish local tv station and in several German tv productions.
First as production manager for film and tv, he quickly found out he’s interested in topics and developing scripts. Since 2014 he works as junior producer for several film- and serial projects with Askania Media in Berlin.
Benjamin Gutsche’s passion for cinema was born in late summer of 1993. He was the world’s greatest dino-nerd and that day was allowed to accompany his parents to the movies to see JURASSIC PARK. Despite his mother closing his eyes most of the time – “Far too spooky for a 7 year-old titch!” – he knew afterwards: if he wanted to go on playing with dinosaurs, he had to be in film!
More than twenty years later he is still waiting for the offer of an adventure film, in which giant saurians play the main role. Yet he could let his phantasy play as author and director for the ARD youth serial ARMAN’S GEHEIMNIS (Arman’s secret) and the BBC children’s short films LOVE, CAKES & ROCK’N’ROLL and PLÖTZLICH BRUDER (Suddenly brother).
Hinrich Scheffen has been working for ten years in the neighborhood center ufafabrik as psychologist, family helper and project manager in the intercultural generation garden „Blohmgarten“.
In 1971 he started studying fine arts at the Academy of Arts Berlin, tried for the acting class at Max-Reinhard seminar and presented his own songs at the SFB talent contest. His heart is still beating for art.
He is happy as a jury member to support young film makers in their work.
